Yash Bhavsar
Founder & PresidentYash is academically driven and committed to building a strong, confident youth community by sharing his knowledge. He has competed at math competitions including AMC 8/10, MOEMS, NJML, and BCML.
Cassie Nguyen
Director of Communications & MarketingCassie puts endless effort into academics and community service, earning over 175 hours of volunteer work. She has pursued enriched math since 5th grade and brings experience working with children through babysitting and summer camps.
Dominic Kokkat
Director of TutoringDominic is on the honors math track, consistently earning strong grades in advanced courses. He enjoys helping others and has a passion for problem-solving, striving to build confidence in students and improve their math performance.
Allie Lee
TutorAllie has pursued the honors math track since elementary school. Motivated and determined, she brings hundreds of hours of volunteer experience and a job at EDC, showcasing her dedication to helping and caring for others.
Dilan Meswani
TutorDilan has excelled in advanced and honors-level math courses, building a strong foundation in the subject. He explains concepts with patience and clarity, creating a supportive environment where students can grow in confidence.

TutorGiselle is currently pursuing many honors courses and is very excited to assist students in learning and growth. She hopes to help younger students build more confidence and enjoyment in math.

Think&Thrive is a non-profit run entirely by high school students. We provide free 1-on-1 math tutoring for students in grades 3–8, helping them build the confidence and skills to excel academically.
Our tutors aren't distant professionals — they're students who recently sat in the same seats, faced the same tests, and found their way through.
